There is a power that manifests when we gather as a group 👣 I taught a Basics to Inversions workshop yesterday to an inspiring group of yogis. There were all levels from inversion virgins to some who could hold handstand in the middle of the room. When I came home I needed to balance out some of that stuff I feel from teaching & demo-ing the postures (while describing them 😜). I really love this moment I captured! Not only because of Micky's reaction, in which he schools me with the perfect Downward Dog; but because one of the students yesterday made a comment about how easy I made everything look. But that's not the way it always is. And here's the proof. It's all practice. Again and again, from many different perspectives - upside down & right side up - I've seen that there is a power much greater that uplifts and supports us when we gather as a group than when we go it alone. #namaste #bethelight #yogaeverydamnday #practicepracticepractice #mydogismyguru #pibblelover #teamwork (at hOMe )
