Family: Avery “Aves” Clarington & Matthew Schuester:
Family isn’t always blood and that’s what Matt & Avery is. Family. Ever since she could remember, she could rely on Matt for anything, he was there during the anniversary of Trevor’s passing, was there for her when her heart got broken over and over again by the same guy. Matt welcomed Avery and her daughter Chase, with open arms to the Schuester-Anderson/Anderson-Schuester family that has already been made. Avery has been there for Matt as well, even though she couldn’t do much, but she talked to him while he was in Australia. You can say that they’ve become thick as thieves, you can sometimes spot Avery without Matt and Matt without Avery, but these two are forever, brother and sister. Don’t be surprised if you see them throwing sugar cubes at each other, that’s how they express their love.
