After that take one spoon vinegar, tatri or two lemons and squeeze it into the milk. Stir the milk lightly and let it boil for some time. Now extract the chenna from the milk by using a cotton cloth. It will be hot dip the chenna cloth in cold water for a minute. Now take the chenna out in a bowl or plate and knead it till it becomes soft. Make small balls of it For chasni preparation take one cup sugar and four cup of water. Boil it in a pan and drop rasgulla balls into it. Boil for 15 to 20 minutes on high flame. The balls will become bigger and spongy. You can transfer some of the sugar water into some ice cubes with the balls to cool it.
