As someone who's been ignored by doctors, I completely get it, make sure you give those doctors hell, be persistent, make sure they say on your file that they chose to not look into all of this, I can bet money that they'll look into it if you ask them to actually record their negligence, they can't risk you getting the diagnosis if its put on record that they didn't do something about it, they'd be in deep shit
