When it comes to singers like Helen Hall, it feels even more deserving that the music is heard, shared, and especially, not forgotten. I attended an insanely cool pickin' party this weekend, where I was introduced to Hall's songs.
The Texan, country music singer and songwriting legend once had a recording contract with Decca, and a starring slot on the Big “D” Jamboree. Though she never hit the big time, her music can still be found inspiring females both making and consuming classic country music.
