I’d love to go back to Germany tbh. I might get to again during spring break but the chances are slim. I’m low-key hopeful tho

23. If you could send a message to yourself back on the first day of the year, what would it be?

2017 is really gonna kick your ass. This year is gonna have a lot of unexpected and difficult turns. They’re gonna take their toll on you but they’re going to teach you more about a lot of things than any level of schooling ever can or will. It’s gonna feel like they’re wearing you down, and to some extent they are, but I promise they’re building you into a better, stronger, more caring person. It’s gonna be hard, and things are probably gonna get worse before they get any better, but push through it because at the end of the day you know you’re making the right choices, and you’re going to be so happy, even if at times that happiness looks like it might not be worth the heartache.
