Aunty Connie @pheklyn Clarkson’s book Asian Flavours brought us together for the Slobbering Chicken at Chongqing Noodles. Aunty Renee produced it and Andrew @a.rumbles marketed it. The Slobbering Chicken lived up to its reputation & description. We also had the pickled tuber noodle soup, the pickled ginger noodle with duck and the seafood hot pot.
