This homemade pickled radish recipe is simple to make and goes well with sandwiches, salads, or on its own as a tangy snack.
Instructions: Combine the white vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, black peppercorns, and bay leaf in a small saucepan. Stir occasionally over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and set aside for 5 minutes to cool. Combine the sliced radishes and pickling liquid in a large mixing bowl. Stir thoroughly to coat the radishes. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
