Since her father died when she was little, his brothers, and their families are the only connection she has to him, and their opinions matter a lot more than she would care to admit. This has a lot to do with why she has gone through so much effort to avoid Rognar, and any discussion of family matters.

Any rejection, or expression of disappointment/anger from them, would feel as if it were coming from her father, and that is not something she wants to face. It’s not something she’s aware of, or thinks about in those exact terms, but it is a very big factor.

She thinks it's rather secret that she has feelings for Ondolemar, unfortunately she is horrendous at hiding it and as a result everyone in the keep knows it, maybe even the commander himself.

Hands and eyes??

[eyes]:not just the colour, but the shape, the length of their eyelashes, whether they’re alert or usually half-closed, large or small, sunken into the face, ringed by bags, etc.

Jamiel’s eyes are blue and are very doe eyed. It’s almost a little too intimidating to look at her since her gaze feels like it is piercing your soul. Her eyelashes are full and a little darker than her hair color. Normally her can see dark circles under her eyes due to staying up late creating a potion or studying one spell or another. 

[hands]:are they large or small, do they have pianist’s fingers or short stubby ones, do they tend to get sweaty or are they always dry, is the skin rough or delicate, are the nails painted or chewed or sharp, etc.

Jamiel has medium sized hands with pianists fingers. They are normally a little clammy due to her constant nervous state that she possesses. Due to always working with different ingredients and at her alchemy workbench she has burn-scarred hands but are usually very soft and delicate. She has a long nail bed but constantly bites the side of her nails where all the hangnails are.

Hands and eyes??

I thought a colored version would be more helpful than the usual red or blue, so! Already did hands so here we go with eyes.

Kest’s eyes are pale, as is typical for a Maormer. Her particular color is a light, tawny grey that is difficult to discern from her sclera unless you’re within a conversational distance, making it look like she, unnervingly,only has pupils. (And why I sometimes only draw her with small dots instead of a larger iris) The effect is worsened in bright light, and by the dark tattoos framing her face.

She usually keeps her eyes in a fairly bored, lidded state. Her brow is perpetually furrowed, which gives her a slight squint. Sometimes she does have bags, but the tattoos under her eyes makes her look constantly more tired than she actually is.

She’s had more black eyes than she can count.

Apple

Her eyes are big. Round with angles much like a cat. Most of the time they’re half-lidded, giving others a false sense of laziness when really she’s already mentally picked them apart and measure their worth.

Her hands, unlike her eyes, are small. Long, thin fingers look dainty at first glance. You don’t notice the scarring until you turn her hands palm-up and see they’re marked by years of clawing at stone walls in desperation and nicked by notching arrows on after another.

The entire tagging system is really gross. If you have dashes in your URL its probs best to just track it as a whole; no dashes or spaces :x

((Yes... it's just sort of frustrating that I can't track tags the way I used to.
