[New blog post] on stenoodie.com ~ Cleanup day at the Don Valley ravines organized by @dontmesswiththedon! Approximately 900 volunteers joined forces to clean up all the trash from the wooded areas and ravines! After just 4 hours of scouring between layers of fallen branches, leaves, and mud for trash, there were 1,300 bags of trash in total!! 😲😟😨😬 #pickupyourgarbage #dontmesswiththedon #cleanuptheravine . We come across some amazingly beautiful sights in the forests of BC while #foraging some pristine like this mountain creek and some of odd garbage .... a disgrace of the human race. Please help keep our earth pollution free this summer! don't think because no one is watching that no one will see your old fridge, jacuzzi, old doors, water bottles, Rollie's, car fender, condoms, soda cans, dog poop bags, broken bottles by beach and that is just what we saw in the last two weeks!!! pack out what you pack in, keep creeks, lakes and forests beautiful in BC. ✌️#camping #trails #hiking #fishing #beach #beautifulbc #pickupyourgarbage Leave it as though you were never there.
