It says both that it is for sensitive skin, and do not use on eczema. I’m someone who deals with both skin types, and this ended up agreeing with my skin. Maybe some of this is because I have managed to get my eczema patches on my face under control. So this didn’t agitate it. I actually found that this made my skin feel softer immediately.

One of the main reasons why this product is so popular is because it features licorice root water (actual licorice root extract is further down the ingredient list and not as strong of an ingredient). Licorice root does many things including helping with evening out your skin tone, hydration, and soothing irritated skin. This toner also features citric acid, but it’s so far down the ingredient list I feel like it is more of a PH stabilizer vs an actual exfoliating ingredient.

Product gifted for free by Real Barrier in exchange for an honest review via the Picky app. This is a moisturizing with a cooling effect that I was really thankful to have. I tend to carry heat in my cheeks, especially in the summer. This moisturizer immediately helped my skin feel cooler to the touch. Granted the cooling sensation was temporary, I was really happy with it. Plus it was a great moisturizer that left my skin feeling less dry.

I absolutely fell in love with them after my last box of goodies. This time I got their acne control face masks, Vitamin C serum, and Hi Amino All Cleanser. Now because of the package touting apple as an ingredient on the front of the cleanser, I was hopeful that this face wash would smell of apple… it did not. I also found that even though it says it is a hydrating face wash that this one missed the mark for my super dry skin. So I would suggest this to people who deal with oily skin, and for those like me to go for the Milky Hi Amino Cleanser also from Dewytree. My dry skin preferred that formulation. Next up is the Vitamin C serum, which is an ingredient that I can never get enough of. It’s fantastic to keep in your routine to help with post acne hyperpigmentation. Next is the Deep Repair Blemish Mask which has a refreshing peppermint lime scent. I found this to be super hydrating and it features cica to combat dark spots left behind by acne. Lastly is the Vitamin C serum, which is also fantastic for combating dark spots left behind by acne. It also features the moisturizing ingredients of: hyaluronic acid, niacinimide, glycerin, and panthenol. I’ll be posting video reviews of these individually soon!
