I'm Having Picsart App Problems
Hey everyone, I’m wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the Picsart app after the recent update?
I’m on an Android tablet, and all my saved assets like, images, stickers, and replays have disappeared. Only my “Public Items” show up under Collections, and those are just the three PFPs I’ve used and my one banner/header. I’ve already cleared cache, updated the app, and logged out/in, but nothing has helped.
I rely on those saved assets for my edits, and it’s really frustrating me not being able to find them. I even have old screenshots showing what my saved assets used to look like.
I already submitted a support ticket with my complaint, but I wanted to ask around to see if anyone else dealing with this or found a fix?
Any info helps.
These are screenshots from March 2026 of my saved Replays, and it clearly says I have over 400 assets saved. I’ll be really upset if I can’t get these back.
This is what my Picsart account looks like now. It's completely blank. My banner/header is gone, and the icon for where my assets would be saved is also missing. It’s really weird because everything was totally fine just a little over a week ago.
