Pros -

research breaks could include making out

better tuned to each other for hunting

they're both hot so that's double hotness

they've both lost people and understand that

both soldiers in different senses so they can help each other with ptsd

both giant teddy bears at heart so lots of cuddling

will look after each other when they get hurt on hunts

Cons -

snarky assholes who'll get on each other's nerves

macho posturing dummies

both bad at taking care of themselves

overprotective of each other

those two last bullet points could conflict easily
