also had a very vivid nightmare in which i was trying to find my mailbox in the country. it got progressively foggier until i got to a small village where the people tried to catch me and operate on me so that i wouldn’t have the power or will to leave. i found a short scimitar, which i used to slice at the villagers as i ran away from them, but it had no effect on their pursuit other than making them visibly more mutilated. the zombie villagers chased me to the freeway where i flagged down a cop car, but the cop wouldn’t help me, so i finally ran until i reached a very tall and abandoned high school building with no doors and hid in a narrow enclosed alleyway beneath it
