More Halo assault rifle progress! :D Assault Rifle WIP More assault rifle progress! As I think I mentioned this is going to be a "Cadillac" build for me, I want all the bells and whistles I can possibly cram into this thing to be in the final project. For this particular update, you can get a look at preparing for the flashlight. Any good tactical light on a sci-fi gun isn't activated at the light, it works with the switch on the side, near the trigger. To that end while preparing the middle of the body, one side was glued permanently, and the other side has a removable panel that attaches with a couple of screws. This will allow me to run a switch wire from the flashlight up front to the trigger area of the gun so it can be remotely operated. Additionally, I'll probably use the space in the center as a storage compartment for a 9V battery to operate the ammo display. #halo #halo5guardians #assaultrifle #masterchief #john117 #halocosplay #pillarofdawnstudios
