I know, I know, it’s a big question however, it’s an important one to have an answer to. . I own a Crossfit gym so my title over the last few years has shifted from student to business owner but even more importantly, I’m a health and wellness coach. . Your health and wellness encompass so much more than simply getting in a good workout and being physically fit and my why has become teaching people to experience total freedom in ALL of those areas; physical, mental, spiritual, financial, environmental, emotional and social. Because honestly, if you’re out of whack in one of those areas, more than likely it’s not the only area you’re out of whack. .
