I used to hate how petty and bitter the Aes Sedai can be to each other because I felt like it was a misogynistic and outdated take on f/f dynamics, but Robert Jordan has persuaded me by including the very important detail that most every Aes Sedai is another Aes Sedai's ex-girlfriend, and so they're all dealing with sapphic heartbreak trauma that they carry through their several centuries of life. It all makes sense
