I really don't understand the thought process of Pilot Flying J. The parking shortage is well known, yet they insist on taking away parking for tire services, CNG stations, shops and offices for companies whose trucks will fill the lots like it's their terminal. How about do one thing well, like being a truck stop, and let others do what they do well.
