Sister-Sister: Pink Powder Mask
I was at the Face Shop a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised that they had some new goodies in stock! This may be an old item for every other Face Shop, but it's new for mine, so bear with my excitement!
Anyway, it looks like this:
So cute, right? It's made to treat blemishes with salicylic acid and calamine.
It's made for troubled skin (see the bandaid!) and it worked great for ME. I have combination skin, but I was suffering from a bad breakout when I used this mask and my skin was all slick. (Lush's Herbalism face wash kinda whacked up my skin that week...I'll do a review on that later.)
The mask dried up my problems and smoothed out my skin pretty well. It's not a miracle product, but I feel like it was a catalyst for my skin's repair. I even used Origin's Out of Trouble mask a few days earlier and that didn't work. I loved it.
My sister...not so much. It didn't work for her the same way it did for me. It broke out her forehead. Her skin is a little finicky and a little more prone to breakouts especially because her skin's hormonal balance is still working itself out (she gave birth only last month).
