i wasn’t sure where i should post this, but i figured since we first first met here, why not! i can’t believe it’s been a whole year since we first met in person! i remember being hella nervous and excited at the same time and i got kinda lost on my way, but from literally the moment we met, you were warm and welcoming and had my back. i know i can always tell you anything and you know the same goes for you. i’m so damn thankful i’ve got someone like you in my life and in my corner 5ever. thank you for putting up with my babbling over texts and on skype and even in person because i don’t know when to shut up. thank you calming me down when i'm mad or freaked out & cheering me up when i'm sad. you bring the adult, realist out of me and i remind you to just be here and now and nineteen. you’re my filipina soul sister, my sunshine face, the calum to my mikey and one of my best friends. love you, you loser.

I totally understand what you're saying. I keep scheduling appointments with my therapist&psychiatrist but I always bail and I'm like ":)))) just refill my meds and don't ask me questions :)))"

I’ve rescheduled........so many of my appointments with my therapist this year and some were for more “legitimate reasons” (I was 2.5 hours away from home/the psychologist & had no way to get back in time for my session) and others were just like.......... “no things are shit and the effort that goes into getting myself to and through these appointments isn’t something i think i can handle right now” and other stuff like that (laziness & avoidance bYE) (also maybe thinking like....i haven’t ~progressed~ enough since my last appt so it’s too embarrassing to go back? or i don’t deserve to? or some other messed up sh*t like that????)

but my last few sessions have been close together and idk like i had some really big revelations and i haven’t so much made noticeable progress in how im acting and living but certain thought processes & ideas i had abt myself/the world have changed a little and i wanna make my last 2 session for the year THAT GOOD as well but with the way im feeling this week i don’t think it’s going to be a particularly productive session in that sense so im like....why bother lol

bUT!! I decided to go! i dont wanna tell my family that i bailed again and i don’t wanna deal w/ my therapist being like “yo what happened???” and i don’t wanna make the damn phone call to do it, so im attending this appt and we’ll see what happens~
