I'm in so much pain because of my sciatica. When I'm standing and walking/running its fine and it doesn't hurt at all. But when I'm sitting or laying down I have to be on a heating pad the entire time and that's the only way I feel any kind of relief. I've also tried doing yoga but that only fixes it for the time that I'm doing the yoga and maybe 5 minutes when I'm done. If anyone has any advice on how to make this go away or something please tell me!
