A tasty Hawaiian take on regular pork chops, with a sweet and savory glaze made of pineapple, bell peppers, and onions that are baked to perfection on a sheet pan.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 cup pineapple chunks. 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 1 red onion, sliced. 1/2 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 3 tablespoons ketchup. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon ginger, grated. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F 200C. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, ketchup, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then place them on a sheet pan. Arrange pineapple chunks, sliced red and yellow bell peppers, and sliced red onion around the pork chops. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the pork chops and vegetables, ensuring even coating. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
