Semolina (rava) ¼ cupÂ
Pineapple (finely chopped) ¼ cupÂ
Ghee 3 tbspÂ
Raw sugar ¼ cupÂ
Cashews (powdered)1 tbspÂ
Hot water ½ cupÂ
Method:
Clean the semolina by checking for impurities like stone or grit.
Place a kadai on gas, add the ghee and roast the cashew until golden brown.
Add the semolina and roast the semolina until golden brown and toasty.
Add the raw sugar to the semolina.
Add the finely chopped pineapple.
Add hot water and mix.
Cook till the semolina is cooked. You can add a little more hot water if you need it. Once done, switch off the gas. Serve warm or at room temperature.
