Pine mushroom by Chaerea Via Flickr: I really enjoy Pine mushroom I buy from "Your Wildest Foods" @ Ambleside and Lonsdale Quay farmers market. I find their pine mushroom is so fragrant. May be because they are freshly picked or they pick relatively young specimen, or may be both? I don't know why but they are great.Too bad the market is closed for the season. I am looking forward to taste it again next year :-)
