Toay's cookies are the simply named pink biscuits. I went with Le Biscuit Rose from Fossier to represent these cookies.
These are very dry and crunchy, and taste almost exactly like ladyfingers. Plain and sweet with a slight breadlike quality to the flavor. Not bad, but these don't really do much for me. I do like that they're pink, though.
