HELLO MY LOVELY PEOPLE!!!!!
I’m not one to share my private life but I figured this is kinda important and worth sharing!!!
First off those you don’t know me, I’ve started writing a few fanfics about Sonic the Hedgehog. One of them called “project: Emerald” and in the last few updates I’ve talked about this and parts of the story itself was inspired by my aunt who’s been dealing with cancer.
This month is Breast Cancer Awareness month as many of you might know. My family has a colorful history with cancer, especially breast cancer. (In this specific post my aunt.)That’s why every year I like to do something for the month. I know I don’t have that big of a platform but I have faith that as a community we can make this grow together!!!
All I ask if for you to repost, share, like- literally anything and everything would mean the world to me, my aunt, and my family. All I want to truly do is spread awareness.
If you did want to donate something, I speak from experience that there are so many organizations and campaigns to donate to for this cause, but you don’t know exactly what and how much of your money it’s going towards. That’s why I decided to set this up. I’m about to tell you what your money will go towards (there is a processing fee of .30 cents for GoFundMe, but other than that everything else will go directly to my aunt.)(I give so much more details on the donation page itself so I encourage you to read that as well!)
What you will directly help with is the expenses of her experimental treatment and drugs she has to take to keep the cancer at bay (pretty much to keep her alive to put it lightly). Paying off emergency surgery and other hospital bills. It will go towards the continuing radiation and therapies. It will go towards her family, for groceries, for bills that get pushed aside due to putting everything they currently have into all their medical expenses.
I truly am not asking for much, my main goal is spreading awareness, that’s why the goal is so low. In reality it would be at tens of thousands of dollars (in a few years I’m sure the treatment and drugs would eventually go up to the hundreds…. But we are focusing on the now!!!!) but I know that anything and everything helps so I thank you so so so much for taking time out of your day to read and share this post! I have faith in us to grow and you help me make a difference in someone’s life!!
