I baked a savory holiday pie filled with lots of caramelized onions, ginger, garlic, applewood smoked sea salt, smoked pimenton, saffron, fire roasted tomatoes with green chiles, potatoes, and CHEESE. Also, more cheese.
Because it’s too cold to go out and do anything.
