Accompany the soon-to-be bride with these sophisticated Bridal Bliss Cake Pops. These are a delightful and eye-catching treat for the bridal shower bachelorette party, made of moist white cake, creamy white chocolate chips, and a pink candy coating.
Ingredients: 1 box of white cake mix. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 3 large eggs. 1 cup whole milk. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1 package pink candy melts. 1 package edible pearls or sprinkles. 20 lollipop sticks.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely. Crumble the cooled cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl. Roll the cake crumbs into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet. Melt the pink candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl according to the package instructions. Dip the tip of each lollipop stick into the melted candy and insert it into each cake ball. Dip each cake pop into the melted pink candy, coating it evenly. Allow excess candy to drip off. While the candy coating is still wet, sprinkle edible pearls or sprinkles over the cake pops for a decorative touch. Place the cake pops upright in a styrofoam block to allow the candy coating to set completely. Once the coating is set, your Bridal Bliss Cake Pops are ready to be served at the bachelorette bridal shower!
