#PinkGarlic, a unique variety of garlic, grown exclusively in and around the medieval town of Lautrec, in the South of France. It's so serious it has to be certified. These ones I shot, are not the certified ones, but I'm not picky. They are pink and pretty, but it is also more aromatic but milder and sweeter than normal white garlic. You can use it like normal garlic but also in desserts! They're actually not natural but painstakingly aged by pros.
