2. Why Pink Wellies.
Life is never straightforward. I read somewhere-don't remember exact words but basically if life gives you bitter lemon..add sugar (stevia or xylitol might be healthier option actually) and make a delicious lemonade. Similar with pink wellies. If you have a feel like you walk in the rain CONSTANTLY just put pink wellies on and walk proudly. The rain will stop at some point and the sun will come out (maybe even you will see a rainbow).
Happiness & optimism come from inside. We can learn it and practise it everyday. Sometimes it it not easy. Our minds like to focus on the bad things and dark scenarios. Every time that happens..try to STOP your mind and think about at least three positive things which happened/will happen to you …
