I'm finally doing something with all those Pintrest recipes I kept saving... thank you farm-share! So tonight it's roasted tomato vodka sauce. Once again grabbed my fave Pampered Chef cutting board and knife, and the Food Chopper because smacking something to crush up garden fresh garlic is SOOOO cathartic. :) the boozy goodness in the oven now getting roasted, and I'm praying I have enough heavy cream to finish the recipe. eh, it'll work. I'm not stressing it today, I'm just not. I'll kill it with Parmesan anyway.
