You can serve these Game Day Pinwheel Roll Ups as a snack at your Game Day Decor Dolphin party. They taste great, are easy to make, and can be made ahead of time to save time on game day!
Ingredients: 2 cups cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 packet ranch dressing mix. 4 large tortillas. 1 pound deli turkey, thinly sliced. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded. 1 cup spinach leaves, washed and dried. 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each of the large tortillas. Layer the thinly sliced deli turkey over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey layer. Place a layer of spinach leaves on top of the cheese. Sprinkle diced roasted red peppers evenly over the spinach. Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. When ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
