Twitch Pokemon XD Impressions:17

Good morning peeps, it's time we catch up on about to be day 3 of the XD Gale Of Darkness run!  Last time we got to Pyrite town, and did nothing but the news for about an half another straight. Hopefully I didn't miss too much right...... Riiiiiight?

-Catches up-

Well at least I'm always part of the goofy parts of the runs.   Lets catch up shall we?

- We had a ball with a vending machine, buying 5 lemonades, 1 soda pop, and 17 fresh waters. Kinda reminds me of how in the end of Black 1, Jimmy bought us a TON of waters as a way of saying sorry for all that he's caused during the journey.  Nice to have that little memory trip.

- Went to our Disney Land of the Orre Region, the ONBS station, and chatted up with our News Waifu herself. I can imagine how nuts the chat must have been.

- apparently we found a lost little girl, who we helped find her mother. Aww. Thanks to that, she gave us the Soothe Bell. That can REALLY come in handy when purifying shadow Pokemon....Too bad we're gonna toss it.

[X] We got Nett's number after giving him the Data ROM. We also unlocked PokeSpots too! Dukin gave us pokesnacks for the occasion but... I think we're gonna eat those ourselves. One gotta wonder how our host haven't starved to death yet. It's a good thing we bought those waters. (Updated Note: I’m guessing we got the number already still after the game freeze. We just gotta place the PokeSnacks again.)

[X] We met our good o'l buddy Miror B, and took him down without mercy.  We were also given some type of device with Folly giving us instructions on how to use it..... Are we really gonna use it? probably not.

So what are we doing now you ask?

Absolutely nothing.... By the time I got done this post and checked on the stream, the game decided to freeze again.... I pick the weirdest timings to be on the stream... Progress wise, no clue if we lost a lot of it or not. I’m checking up on it now how much we lost, or things that we already have done. I think I fully updated where we’re at now. They’ll be crossed out and have an [X] on what we need to do again.

We just purified Carvanha again too with the nickname of all A’s.

At least we got some friendly advice from Deku.

Man after over 60 days being out of the game, it's really feels weird doing these again. Welp ya know the drill. A new run a waits us soon, and while I'm spreading out my free time, It's time for me to start doing some updating in this good o'l blog of mine. So lets see what I have to cover.  This will mostly explain old things, new things, and what I'm planning to do or how I feel about the Colosseum hype train.

Pokemon Battle Revolution Betting

From what I seen, not much has changed in good o'l PBR but more move updating, and playlist improvements! What's even better is that now...

Picture by /u/KenjiDraco (Source) We got shinies appearing more and more now in PBR! Well it's a rare chance a shiny will appear. When they do, they pack a hell of a punch! I'm not sure what the ratio is, but it's once in a blue we even get to see any shinies. Forms such as Speed Deoxys & the Arceus forms appear every now and then too (thank goodness). Other then that, not much has changed.  Small tweaks, big differences. Especially on those movesets. Sure it will never hit "perfect balance", but the PBR moveset team did a really great job making matches feel more hyped up and entertaining than previous ones. It always seem like when I'm gone for a week or 2 a new update is made on it. 

SPEAKING about updates though. I'm sure I've reblogged this already. If so and you haven't seen it, good luck finding it. Revo has BIG plans to improve PBR betting with 4 NEW TRAINERS in the mix (Jesus one of them looks like freaking John Cena with black clothes on LOL).  What their purpose being there is unknown for the time being.... Double battle hype???

Mario Party Betting Stream! (OFFICIAL)

that's right, remember how streamer, revo, and Deku teamed up and started their own PBR test stream? Well now they did it again! S_Sonick, Revo, and Streamer made a new Mario Party betting system!... only it's not actually betting, this time, the theme is Stock Investments! Trust me, it's COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what you know on just simple PBR betting. It's more complex and takes time to learn. Other wise, you're swimming in the -1000s club. Sadly this time I can't create a guide for it because I'm still learning how it works. THANKFULLY someone has already done that on a reddit post! Special thanks to /u/Faithfulforce for creating this guide while a bunch of others was dead confused on what's going on. You can't treat this like PBR bets anymore. It's all about smarts on who to invest and sell in. If you're into stock market stuff, this is just for you.~

Trust me.... you're gonna NEED to read this if you want to follow up on how to play. Otherwise, you'll be lost in the dark big time. I never been in this type of field before, so all this is fun and new to me! TPP teaching me college things. 

One more side note: Based on what streamer explained, he's not planning on carrying this over to the main TPP stream (or at least not now). This stream is still fairly new and working out any bugs that may occur. It seems ready to go to start selling & buying, but it still crashes a lot and has it's money problems here and there. The SOUL PURPOSE of the stream is just chilling there when you're bored of playing the colosseum run. It's gonna be a very long run, so I can see why. Nice to have something fun on the go.

The Colosseum Run Hype Train

Oh baby, we're down to the final 11 days! I was planning on doing this on the final 10, but I had a feeling I was going to forget. It's been another long brutal wait but it's almost time for the Colosseum run! What's going to happen in the last 3 days? Will there be an intermission? Will the Smash Bets make a return since PBR will be gone for a while? Only streamer knows what will happen. 

To be honest though, I'm not really "hype", but I'm still excited for the fact that things are going to a shift after 77 LONG DAYS. a lot of my hype I had for a GC run has already left, so I don't really have too much interest, but at the same time I'm DYING to see how TPP is gonna pull of a run that hasn't been achieved before. If we clear this, we got XD Gale Of Darkness waiting for us!

Plans, Update, And Art

Alright,  time for that same question that arises each time a new run about to get started up. "Pioxys, what do you plan to do this time for this run"? I'll try to break it down one by one so I don't we (or me) get lost in what I'm talking about long story short, soooo here we go (again). Colosseums & TPP Impressions = To tell ya the truth, ever since what happened last run in Randomized Alpha Sapphire (the whole trouble with my family), I kinda don't trust the idea of me sticking my eyeballs on the screen daily. HOWEVER I will still do impressions. Only they won't be impressions...... Yeah I know, it don't make sense. What I mean is, I'll follow through the game, but update when I can. If I can't, fellow liveblogger Jlneo will keep you covered since she's been around the liveblogging game as long as I have (and others in the tab~). 

Damn I feel like a dinosuar...  I been around the  TPP Tumblr community since the START of it. Like, when "Twitch Plays Pokemon" tab was formed in Emerald. Or formed when it started having more and more bloggers who loves to talk about TPP. You guys rock! Small as we are, you guys make the most interesting topics and headcanons. Anyway, that's what's going on for my TPP Impression series. I can't really call it impressions, but expect me to bust some chops and point out some things like I always do.

Art Stuff = For Ask-TwitchPKMN8+ followers, it's going to be the usual set up. New run comes in, ATP8+ goes very slow, or I don't update it at all. This is because everyone will be focused on the NEW run, so that gives me time to take a nice long break and work on other things (mostly TPP related). So I'll mostly do Colosseum comics, L O R E comics, the usual.~ As of now The latest installment of the Kalos Chapter is about to end. The battles happened, the encounter happened, Dr.0/Apostrochu explained her story, and all there is left is to finally get to work on Solareon Wars. So that will the main focus will be on. I plan to do Solareon Wars until I have the next stage set up and running. I also plan to stop updating the series as soon as that Kalos chapter is over (until the run is near over at least, or before that). That way I can work on the new Solareon Wars page, and if I can, an Archive page while Colosseum is going on! (HOPEFULLY I'll update Burrito & Abby K's pages too)

Also does anyone take interest in Donger Urn News? I've been thinking about making it into a comic series. I don't know if I actually want to go through with it though (YET), but if I do, I'll be sure to pack in the dynamic new crew duo and maybe even C3 The Minun for L O R E segments. Again, this is just concept and planning. So don't get any hopes up. If I can't do this, then HIGHLY I'm more going with just colosseum comics or maybe even a mini series of pictures like Nina/Agent (something with 9s) in RAS? I don’t know. I’ll do something.

Anyway I'm sure this took up mostly took up a lot of space in the tab so I'll stop rambling from here. That's whats been going on in TPP, MP247 (the mario party TPP stream), and what I'm planning on doing from here on out. Since I’ve been spacing out my free time, hopefully I'll be around more often in the stream to bug ya guys.  As I said before, things been going up and down for me, but mostly for the better. 

Like always guys, even though I'm not too hyped, you guys still should be for the first ever GameCube run in 11 days! I'll check you beautiful people whenever I can on the stream~

(Or on that mario party stream when I'm bored till TPP Colosseum starts)

Message the streamer and see if he can do anything about that. If you can find away to send your password to your email (like forgotten password) that'll be great too. Streamer most of the time is a cool understanding guy. So if anything, he might unban that new account if he can. Unless it's a twitch global ban then that's different.

I know I resent that password email several times if that’s what you mean, but the issue is that the email receiving them is no longer accessible to do anything about it on the other end, lol.And.. this doesn’t appear to be a full twitch-wide ban, thankfully.It’s just all a couple of unfortunate coincidences that make me look bad… On one hand it seems ridiculous to apologize for existing and still run the risk of being shot down…But on the other I did break rules by not notifying them immediately, so there’s no point flaunting that as a ‘get out of jail free’ card. (or claiming entitlement, in other words).That’s why I’m a bit hesitant to message Streamer.
