No no she looks like pip in real life too, she's just a good bit larger. Like someone grabbed the corner of pip and dragged her to big size.

Once the poll closes are you going to design the character?

I don't think I'm skilled enough to do that but feel free to draw them if you like! I purposefully made the poll options vague enough so people can take the final poll options and create a character however they want. It'll be fun to see what different people come up with and I hope it'll inspire some cool designs 🥰

So there's a legal period when you can generally set off fireworks in CA without a display license and this is NOT during that period. If you wanted you could make a complaint to the non-emergency line especially since it's evening around here.

Thank you for this, it is unfortunately just kind of a fact of life in our neighborhood. Fireworks year round at random. I wish I knew who it was because I would just ask that they let me know ahead of time so I could give Pip some drugs. Unfortunately. I don't know who it is.

does any of your dogs like showering/bathing?

No, neither of them particularly like water of any kind. Both will wade at the beach, but not swim. Pip will walk to the bath like a lamb to slaughter. Edi holds onto doorways to try not to go but stands stoically to endure once trapped.

How did Pip feel about Edi when she first joined your family? Do you think she'll react differently with Second Puppy?

Pip thought Edi was gross and horrible the first few times they met (~1 day old, ~6 weeks, ~10 weeks). But when Edi came to stay for real, she warmed up within about 2 days, much to my surprise and happiness. It took her a few days to figure out how to play in a way that wasn't scary for baby puppy, but they LOVED each other. Edi was obsessed with big sister, and Pip was a great babysitter.

Once Edi was around 6 months old though, baby privileges ended and Pip lost interest. She doesn't like Big, Strong Edi who bumps her in the head while running high speed. Pip mostly ignores her now, and will only play if she is third-wheeling another dog and Edi, never playing with Edi herself anymore lol. Edi is mostly respectful of her, but still tries to be annoying sometimes. She can't help it; the ants compel her.

Pip enjoyed meeting a friend's new puppy last week, but I have no plans to inflict another baby on her for real any time soon lol.

Did Pip and Bazzy ever have a Thing™️ or was the old flame post just a bit lol

They were friends when they were babies, and Bazzy always loved her a little more than she loved him 😂
