Everyone in District 4 knows Piper and Ray Ronan—the Capitol made sure of it. Raised as symbols rather than children, the twins have lived their entire lives under surveillance, with visits from cameras and journalists hungry for any crumbs of their lives they can get. The kids of the legendary Victor Caspian Ronan. Though, as badly as everyone wants a piece of their youth, they have always kept to themselves what truly matters.

ik this makes zero sense but in my head finnick and piper are different kinds of redheads. finnick is a bronze/strawberry blonde redhead whereas piper is a copper/reddish redhead. annie certainly has a thing for redheads i cannot explain.

same way finnick and annie both have sea-green eyes but annie's are darker and finnick's are lighter. this is very much inspired by a fanart i fell inlove with whose artist name i dont remember 😭
