Starting somewhere new always nerved Piper. Especially somewhere there were three different companies rolled into one to take care of. Her new job was at a publishing company, one that sat atop its own bookstore and cafe. It was unique feeling and extremely more welcoming than the other one she had found while looking for employment. The moment she stepped inside, she knew her good choice was confirmed.

The bottom level was where the bookshop and cafe sat. Too one side, rows upon rows of books sat lined almost too the ceiling. And the scent that filled her; warm cinnamon and honey, peppermint and nutmeg, and a hint of something fruity floated around the room. And suddenly, any form of nerves seemed to leave her body.

She stepped up to the front desk, where the receptionist sat with their back turned toward her. ‘Excuse me.’ She said softly as she fixed her bag over her shoulder. ‘I’m Piper Kinsley…I’m the new hire. I’m supposed to meet Dedrek.’

I’m not as active on my main so let’s fkn do it :)

1. i’m a first year forensic science student, i’m majoring in chemistry and biology! i love chemistry, but it’s rly fuckin difficult

2. i have like 7% hearing loss in both ears, which is why i play minecraft w captions on cuz i cant hear SHIT and so many creepers have snuck up on me ://

3. my grandma gives me an instant ramen bowl whenever she sees me (which is fairly often). i now have a ramen wall. it’s got about 36 servings of ramen lmaoooo

A small notice of things:

Hi everyone! I have been away for quite some time since opening this blog and I only got around to making a few posts before disappearing. I wanted to open up real quick and explain a little about what happened and what is going to happen moving forward.

Firstly, I was a bit overwhelmed by the influx of asks I got. I am hugely grateful for all the support and asks that were sent in, and I will get around to answering as many of them as possible. I think I was not expecting so many people to be interested in this type of thing. But I am excited to get into these and answer them for you!

That being said, I would like to humbly ask that you refrain from sending in requests that are putting down the suitors. I got more than a few asks wanting to harm the suitors or saying quite mean things about them. Those are very discouraging and I will not answer those. Joking around with them and poking fun is alright, but please do not be down right hateful about it. 

Secondly, I received a few asks that were harmful towards me, and those really weighed on me and are most of the reason that I stopped posting on my blogs. I am just a person trying to have fun with the suitors and others who want to indulge in some fun chat. If you do not like the way I portray the suitors or answer asks, please just leave my blog. Those harmful words sent me into a dark place and I was not okay for quite some time. 

These blogs and future blogs that are talk boxes are all only meant to be in good fun. I am quite slow at responding, and that can be frustrating at times, especially with headcannons, but I promise that I am doing my best. 

Thank you to everyone who has followed me and sent in asks and headcannons. I am going to start posting again and working towards answering all your lovely asks. Your support means the world to me.
