piper was starting to get bored in the upper district. she didn't realize there was not actually a whole lot to do here if you didn't want to eat or gamble. sure there was the mall but she swears she's been there a million times already. "hey you," she said at the first person she saw, "i don't want to go shopping, i don't want to gamble and i don't want food. is there anything to do here that isn't that?"
