Okay little idea I have in my head when I see your post about Abang Kasim and Pirates dude. I never notice that they work together now. Not only that they we're close to stand side by side! Even Fang can bring himself to stand by his brother side as his brother so cold toward everyone and basicly push everyone aside.

But that pirates dude?? Get to be at Kaizo/Kasim side?? Wow. I guess the disguise do help Kaizo being little lose and actually bond with pirates dude since the pirates dude really is frienly. The angst idea tho...

Like all the pirates dude now work for Tapops. But here the thing we never actually why they work for Tapops. They could be 'force' to work as prisoner of Tapops as way to pay back all their crime. Because yes they we're criminal too and they actually enjoy being criminal.

The pirates dude and Kaizo come long way after the betray arc. Kaizo could be the one in charge to take care of all the prisoners in Kaizo section. Kaize and the pirates dude didnt get along at first. The pirates dude keep rebeling against Kaizo and try to run away with his buddy multiple time. Still hurt and betray by 'Kasim'.

Imagine that the pirates dude keep calling Kaizo 'Kasim' as nick name. It's to annoyed Kaizo actually. But again each time Pirates dude call Kaizo "Kasim" the more he feel hurt. He use it like curse. He thought he made a friend and allies. Only for Kaizo to stab him as his friends back? The fuvk. Pirates dude really hate Kasim.

Kaizo actually feel bad to all the pirate people. He spend so much time as Kasim to know about them. It's for mission to understand the enemy. But he know more about them in many way. And Kaizo notice that they actually not that bad unlike their boss.

They can be nice. Genuenly care for each other and have feeling.But again they still a criminal that do staff they isn't suppose to do. They never really question everything as long as they have fun and get pay for it. That the life those criminal choose.

When Kaizo first starting the mission that Pirates dude is actually the first Pirates that being 'friend' with him. He really is frienly and Kaizo have to admit it's tiring to be someone else. But Kaizo do find the Pirates dude is easy to be with. Maybe it's personality of the pirates. And fact Kaizo actually smiles when Pirate dude is around telling something that Kaizo dont understand. He actually happy to be friends with the Pirate Dude

Kaizo atleast own little apologies to Pirates dude for lying and betray their so call friendship. And that all Pirates dude want to hear..

Pirates dude: So Kasim-

Kaizo: Kaizo. My real name is Kaizo...

Pirates dude: Kaizo...

Kaizo: What's your name actually?

Pirates Dude: Oh...I dont have a name.

I know right!? That's what I'm saying too!! You are saying EXACTLY WHAT I THOUGHT.

I might write them a fanfic soon actually, this is VERY similar to what I had in mind!

Like- everything you said? It was like you read my mind!!

And In the comic, kaizo and Pirate dude are all fun and cheery one sec and kaizo goes all serious the next sec when he's with the other pirates in the next panel, where our pirate isnt! Its like as soon as pirate guy is a certain distance away, he takes kaizo's happiness with him-

So after the armada join TAPOS, kaizo still "acts" like 'Kassim' as in 'quirky fun space carwash guy' but only with this ONE specific pirate, and they still have the matching bandanas!

I also noticed parallels b/w Kassim and Fang in this, because fang's og name was 'Pang', but it wasnt truly himself, but when he used a fake name- "fang" and went in a disguise with ulterior motives, just like kaizo does as "kassim", he makes friends and becomes Fang, Pang is a shell of who he was- troubled and sad and serious- instead of being the child he is, but after he made friends and became Fang, he's more "himself", so much so that even his own brother, who knows what his og name is and has been calling him that since he was born, starts to call him Fang, because thats who he is now, the real him. Free, childish, happy. And most of all, having fun Living life instead of just surviving and fighting!

Same goes for Kaizo as kassim! He uses fake name, goes in with a disguise and ulterior motive, but makes a friend and acts more fun and happy when he's with that one friend- pirate guy! I feel like Pirate guy is the only one Kaizo|Kassim feels he could be himself around, he lets his gaurd down and acts a little silly, just like Fang with Boboiboy and everyone else! He's uptight around even his little brother, but trusts pirate guy and lets loose around him, like he's at ease. Like he's Happy.

Anyways yeah- sorry for the rant- its just that you get it! I'm not crazy! Its there for anyone to see!

(Kassim|Captain Kaizo X Pirate Guy)

Before you read!

Pirate Guy's name is 'Guy' here,

Pirate Guy and all the other pirates are the same species of aliens as Vargoba.

Kaizo and Guy are very similar to humans, [As in- they have mostly the same anatomy and reactions- hearts that beat faster when nervous, pupils that dilate, sweating when nervous, etc.] even though they are not in canon (i think)

Kaizo had been given a mission. Gather Information about the activities and movements of Grand Captain Vargoba and his Space Armada. It was simple enough. It required patience and a lot of acting, but Kaizo never doubted his abilities to complete the mission. He didn't have to. Because, he did complete the mission. He got the information, conveyed it to TAPOPS, and together with his brother and his friends, helped defeat the Pirate Captain. They even managed to detain the entire Pirate Fleet.

This was just another mission accomplished. It shouldn't matter to him any more than all of the other tasks he'd completed. And it didn't. But there was someone from this mission that did matter, now. The Pirate- Guy. Kaizo hadn't realized before, or maybe he'd denied it. But now? He could feel the uneasy feeling clawing at his chest. He didn't want it to be guilt- there wasn't any reason for it to be; he'd done the right thing- what he was supposed to- no, expected to do.

But he couldn't help but feel...

"How could you, Kassim!?"

...horrible. He'd never felt like that before- not even with his brother, at least not since he'd convinced himself that emotional connections are weaknesses that were better off not existing.

He'd done his best to stop his little brother from looking at him like that- Like he was someone to be looked upto, someone that he loved.

Of course, Kaizo still cared about his brother. But having a strong bond with him, a close relationship- which would Destroy the other if One was hurt- it was an opening Kaizo did not want to offer his enemies. So what if his brother thought he didn't care about him? Kaizo knew it, and he himself was the only person who had to know it. So, he didn't feel guilty. Not for this kind of thing- not anymore.

He'd forgotten that there was ever a point in his life that he'd ever felt like this at all; but this time, it wasn't so easy to move past it. Pang-no, Fang had been by his side. But guy wouldn't be.

Kaizo and Fang were family- brothers bound by blood. They'd grown apart, but his little brother was relatively safe from the dangers of space that they usually had to deal with. They were both members of TAPOPS. They were efficient. Kaizo had personally made sure that his brother was prepared for everything that came with being part of TAPOPS.

Not only that, but Kaizo trusted the abilities of Boboiboy and Fang's other friends. And most of all, Kaizo trusted Fang's own abilities to keep himself safe. He didn't have to worry about him getting hurt. He didn't care about anyone else either.

"Heyy! Brother Kassim!"

Kaizo was just doing his job. Kassim was not even real. None of what he did or said as Kassim were real, either. But what about what he'd felt? Spending so much time pretending must have gotten to him. Acting like someone he wasn't- it was tiring.

He just needed to move on to other things, and not dwell on something that's already over. Even if he didn't really want this to end.

"Is that you, Kassim?"

Kassim wasn't his name. There wasn't genuine betrayal apparent in that voice.

"You're done for, Kassim!"

That voice didn't crack. It held nothing but disdain. Those words did not convey hurt.

"Hahaha! See you later then!"

That laughter did Not keep ringing in Kaizo's head.

He stood outside the Pirate Fleet's Ship, temporary prison for the pirates. It was a kind of house-arrest; except the ships were parked outside the TEMPUR-A Headquarters, since there wasn't enough space for all of them inside.

For the past 5 days, the Pirates in higher ranks- those with red and gold uniforms, and that wretched parrot, were investigated and sent to a space prison. The others, however, were a different story. They had worked for Vargoba, but their crimes were not that bad- they still had to atone for them, but accommodating them in space prison might be a hassle. There were many criminals who were much more dangerous, those that needed to be detained. Spending resources on these pirates will be counter-productive. They'd been discussing what to do with them, but there was no clear solution as of yet.

"Business is booming, huh?"

Kaizo pretended that he didn't hear the smile in the voice, the genuine affection- that it wasn't the most soothing sound he'd ever heard since his parents' words of comfort that he could barely remember from all those years ago.

"What about Community Service?" The girl who could fly- Yaya- had said the day before. When she'd expained it, there was a hope blooming in some part of Kaizo. The others had been skeptical, though, they weren't completely against the idea. They'd all agreed to have a final discussion with the Admiral after he woke up, and now that he was awake; Kaizo couldn't help himself. All of that restraint, self control- it was all overridden by a more desperate feeling.

The TEMPUR-A gaurds stationed at the entrance of the ship were skeptical, but let him inside in the end. Inside the ship; most, if not all of the gaurds were members of TAPOPS. They greeted him respectfully when he entered and walked further inside; some with awe, some with nervousness. Captain Kaizo was cold and calculating, serious and confident- he was Not one to be reckoned with. But the closer he got to his destination, the more anxious he felt; a pounding in his ears accompanied by a lot of sweat. Something twisted in his gut.

He folded his clammy hands behind his back, straightened his posture and hid any signs of his condition- his face was blank to appear uncaring.

The gaurd immediately let him in after he'd signalled for the door to be opened. Inside was a small room-mostly empty now; except for a table;with a pillow and blanket, re-purposed as a bed.

Kaizo's heart beat quickened, and his breath caught in his throat. There he was. Guy. The Pirate was bound to the table, a chain linking his arm to it, and the legs of the table were now bolted to the floor.

Guy sat curled up like a ball on the make-shift bed, not even looking up; maybe he didn't notice Kaizo entering, or simply just wanted to ignore him. But none of it mattered. Kaizo simply stared at the other humanoid alien, not quite sure what he had wanted to accomplish by coming here in the first place.

A few moments passed, Kaizo couldn't move- but right then- their gazes met. Kaizo felt like electricity shot through his body when it happened. Guy flinched and uncurled himself, sitting straighter- he looked like he was about to stand, but he seemed to decide against it, and instead, stared back at Kaizo. His gaze was intense- it felt nothing like it did before, when he was acting as Kassim.
