Interesting seeing criticisms for Wake Up Dead Man being like, "it felt like an evangical church because they didn't show the parts of the mass that are specifically the same every time in a catholic mass"

Yeah they didn't show them because theyre fuckin boring. I don't care the director was never catholic, he consulted catholic priests this wasn't ignorance. It was not saying every time a character goes to the bathroom. The rest of the mass isn't important or interesting for the story. They only showed homilies because that was the only part that was relevant, the only time in the mass wicks could say what he liked Because it wasn't scripted by the church.

You can criticize the movie, you damn well can criticize the church, but don't say it was inaccurate just because they only showed the interesting and relevant parts of the mass.

Is there a tangible, in universe reason Grace doesn't go home at the end? Other than a "I don't wanna" for emotional or scientific discovery reasons? This might just be a I need to read the book thing, just wondering if he Has to stay on rocky's planet or if he's allowed to go home and be pen pals or whatever. Or is that the entire point, that he was forced into space but he's choosing to stay there.

Ig my hangup is when he discovered the predators were escaping, he framed the decision as either saving rocky Or going home, and like. why. saving rocky would just get him home slower, but rocky saving him also was making the decision to go home but slower. I'm sure by bringing rocky home he would be given the gift of refueling/new ship from all the eridians he just saved.

My biggest peeve rn with the graveyard keeper game is I have pretty much all the equipment unlocked now, but the placement is so restrictive. Like what do you mean I can't fit more pews in the church after upgrading it, theres all this new space! I could fit a whole workbench in the middle of that raised space in the alchemy lab, but the game is like no. If I could rotate the alchemy racks i'd be unstoppable.

Like I Just reorganized the lab before unlocking my final things: the auto decomposer and workbench, and discovered the decomposer is fucking massive actually, and only fits in one space being 7x5 and all, and thats the spot I just designated as my library area.

and this would be manageable if I could just pick things up and move them instead of breaking them down and rebuilding them, which is currently both costly and tedious. If you're going to railroad me, can you at least tell me Where things are supposed to go, and if you want it to be a puzzle, let me Pick Up And Move the pieces. I shouldn't be needing to get out a separate pen and paper to map out the lab (and next is the yard) And if its not supposed to be a railroad or a puzzle, let me place things where there is clearly space for them!

overall its cozy and fun but god ive been spending too much time moving furniture around and not actually making progress to the quests.

Looking up airport shortnames like I was supposed to just know my entire life that LAX was los Angeles and not LaCrosse everyone's favorite kwik trip capital of the world in the dear old midwest USA.
