Character Application
Character Name: Akaashi Keiji
Background:
Akaashi identifies as demiboy but he doesn’t mind being called a boy. He’s a very calm and rational person; he doesn’t talk much and sometimes he might appear emotionless but that’s not the case, he’s just not good at expressing the way he’s feeling. He’s patient and caring and he always keeps an eye on Bokuto and his mood swings (Akaashi likes Bokuto-san as a captain, friend, and maybe more - but he would never make the first move).
Akaashi grew up in a very christian family; his parents are very strict and firmly believe his bisexuality to be “curable” so Akaashi is sometimes forced to attend christian therapy sessions.
Akaashi has a little brother named Keiichi who attends elementary school, and Akaashi prepares his brother’s bento every evening.
When Akaashi blushes his whole face and ears go all red. Full face blush.
Roleplay Sample:
Akaashi hugged his knees as he listened to Kenma talk about his team while sitting next to him on the bench. He’d always been a good listener, being someone who doesn’t really talk a lot, and would rather give advice than receive it. He enjoyed the kind of relationship he had with the little setter: they could vent about their worries without fearing judgement, since the two of them were so similar to each other, and neither of them was the judgemental type. Akaashi was glad he could relax completely, once in a while, when talking with Kenma.
“I know, sometimes teammates can be hard to deal with.” Akaashi suddenly spoke, looking away. “I’m a second year but I’m also the vice-captain, and sometimes it’s… difficult to scold the others for slacking off, since most of them are third years. It sounds like I’m being disrespectful, and I don’t like that.” He glanced at his captain, who was cheerfully trying to convince Karasuno’s setters to set for him during practice. “Luckily, Bokuto-san rarely skips practice, so I don’t have to take his place very often. On the other hand, his mood swings can be hard to deal with too…”
Akaashi sighed, running his fingers through his hair. “Ah, but it’s not like I’m complaining or anything. I’m glad to be part of this team, and I don’t mind dealing with Bokuto-san’s mood swings that much. He’s an amazing captain. All of my teammates are amazing. I love my team, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.”
pisskawa replied to your post: “heeeyyyy, does anyone want a demo code for monster hunter 4 ultimate?...”:
damn so it won't work on european consoles? aaahhh such a pity... ;;
hmmm, im not sure actually? im pretty sure the code things are region locked, but a lot of the time australia is counted as the same region as europe with video games, so maybe it'd work?
but anyway, two people already swooped in ahaha, so you're just too late unfortunately...
pisskawa replied to your post:Hi there! I was wondering if you could explain why...
also anon, a trans boy was never “female” so what’s the point of saying “female to male”?? and the same goes for trans women. it’s basically subtle misgendering.
yeah that too, i didnt know how to put that into words thank u
