Survival Server IP Change
This is an important message for everyone who plays on the survival server. Within the coming days we will be changing the name used to login to the survival server. No longer will you be able to access the server via "pitforge.com". You will need to use "survival.pitforge.com" to access the server.
Changes coming to Pitforge
In the coming weeks you will begin to notice some major changes on our pitforge.com survival server. In this post I will try to go over some of the changes we have planned to help make this process as smooth as possible.
*Note* if you are using the pitforge.com to access our survival server we recommend you change that survival.pitforge.com (we will be moving away from the pitforge.com name for the survival server)
1) New World - As you may have noticed pitforge has a new world. And we have been trying to push players to begin moving their stuff to that new world. We will be removing the old word in a week or two to help with server performance.
2) Server Upgrade - We will be upgrading our server in the coming weeks. Doubling our RAM and moving toward a much faster SSD hard drive. These changes will allow us to support more players at once as well as improve server uptime and performance
3) New plugins - We will be installing a few new plugins to give players more options on the server.
4) New perks - We will be giving donator and other ranks some extra perks
5) New donation system - We will begin moving our donation system to the popular buycraft platform. To allow for more flexibility and give donators there perks and benefits automatically.
6) New Shops, Towns and arenas
