hi hi~ sorry for the super late reply ^^:; anyways, about the lucid dreaming text post, um, the reason why I was terrified is because a side-effect of lucid dreaming is sleep paralysis. and it's pretty scary when you can't move but you are pretty sure that you're in a dream...o_o. okay~ bye bye~
Ah, actually sleep paralysis occurs naturally in the deepest part of our sleep, where dreams occur. This is sort of the body’s defense mechanism so we won’t do in real-life what we do in our dreams.
However, when you’re in a dream-like state, but you’re aware and seemingly like in the physical world, it could be because at some point in your deep sleep, you went to your waking state, but without any lapse in consciousness. :)
I think this is a false awakening. When you experience this, you have to slowly move some parts of your body slowly.
From what I heard, lucid dreaming is a dream where you’re aware that you’re dreaming, and you can change your dream. :D
I wrote an article about lucid dreaming before, so if you have questions or concerns about it, I’ll do my best to help! ^_^
