German artist known as “Pixie Cold’ became a professional artist in 2012, after four years of struggle. Homeless and lost, Pixie Cold’s passion was redirected from grieving her political and personal environment into devoting her being into her art. Her skill and artistry saved her physically as well as mentally. You can find her entire collection in her Society6 and Etsy shop.

Part of a large and creative family, Pixie’s inspiration began from childhood, which is passionately expressed in her vibrant pieces. Emotive, full of movement and color, the artist’s work contains a whimsical and fantasy quality. Her subjects mimic the style and essence of modern day fantasy and folklore literature.

The wild creatures are fierce and intensely present in every image. Adorned with rainbow-colored flowers, feathers, and delicate brushstrokes every animal’s personality is beautifully captured.
