Pixie Party Finally finished this piece (it's been several months and a bit of backtracking). I'm happy with how this turned out and recognize where I can improve in future endeavors.

Today is my daughter Kaylee's 4th birthday so I thought it would be a perfect time to mention Madison Handbags newest trend - The Pixie Party! You're probably thinking, "What's a Pixie Party?" and "What does it have to do with Kaylee's birthday?" Well, let me explain........ Each girl gets to design her very own Pixie Purse from a small selection of our most fun fabrics. Each Pixie Purse is offered at the special Pixie Party price of only $28. So, now you're wondering, "How does this work?" Well, I'll drop off a Pixie Party kit to you, which will include a sample purse, all of the fabric samples that you'll need and an order form. The rest is up to you. You can include any type of girly theme to the birthday party, let the girls design their own bag and then I'll come and pick up the kit when the party is over. I don't even have to be there! Please note however that the $28 Pixie Purse price is offered in lieu of the hostess credit that is usually given to the hostess at "grown-up" Madison Hadnbags parties and theire is a limit of 4 that must be ordered to qualify for the special rate. This is such a great, unique idea for little kids parties. It's a great way to allow your little girls to show off their creative sides. These parties are sure to be a hit and definitely a change of pace from the typically "pizza and apple juice" parties that have become the norm. So, back to Kaylee. She didn't have a Pixie Party this year, but she will definitely have one next April, or maybe a little sooner--just because I'm so excited about it!
