Early 90s (I should have specified, yeah.  XD;).  1992, if you want to be more specific.  Technological resources are defiantly something to keep in mind, but I also need to capture the US's feeling of false security (that is, pre-9/11).

So, I'll ask the question again: what do you guys remember about the early 90s?  Anything and everything and everything helps. (?)

Well I’ve been tagging it “spoilers” “liveblogging” and “the last of us” cuz I mean I been warning you guys the whole time.  Made a post about it and everything when I first started.  But if none of that works I can add “Bram Liveblogs” if you want.

I've considered it in the past, but it always felt somewhat redundant, seeing as I created THIS blog to be my random faff about blog that could have any content I wanted on it.  Part of it is that I'm frustrated with myself for hesitating about just writing out vent posts.  Like that's what this blog was MADE for, why not just DO it?  -waves hand- it's stupid, I know.

That being said, no need to worry about becoming flooded in penises, as there is a very low chance that would happen so long as I remain in control of this blog.  I may appreciate the male figure, however I already have a penis myself, and as of yet have been rather unimpressed by them.  : P

"Yes, how original to label me as bitter." Eglantine pulls her words in a slow drawl between lips. "No, Steven has not spoken your name. He merely speaks of leaving this world, and while I am in the heavens I would not wish to meet his soul departing. Though, I do see where his feeling of having so little to stay for stem from. See your lover, Miss Adeline, or do not. I have little patience otherwise for your jabbing remarks about my relationship with Steven."

Adeline glares coldly at the other woman, he smile frozen in place. She calls over her shoulder to Rat without turning her head.

“I’ll be back by tomorrow night, Rat. Do try to eat something that wouldn’t turn an average man’s stomach inside out.” With a curt nod to Eglantine, she strides out the front of the pub. Whether or not the sharpshooter follows is of little concern to her.

Eglantine lifts one brow before tipping her head. "I do not see the point in such a venture. Unlike some, I do not have time to waste with frivolities of social niceties." Shifting her stance, the woman draws her thumb down the leather of the band holding her rifle upon her back. "I am only here to ask you to deign to spend some time out of the sheets and visiting the man, as he is still in recovery and could use someone to encourage him movement... And cleanliness."

Adeline’s eyes narrow as she straightens her back. 

“A letter would have done the job well enough if he’d wanted to see me.” She starts lazily down the stairs, keeping her gaze steadily trained on Eglantine, and stops on the last step to fold her arms across her chest. “Did he want to see me?” 

“Or,” a grin slowly snakes across her face, ”perhaps you’ve come of your own volition. Surely that must have been a bitter pill to swallow, to have to admit to yourself that he needs what I can offer and you lack.” Adeline steps down onto the pub’s floor with a smirk.

“Though, I suppose you’d be bitter nonetheless. It suits you far too well for you not to be.”

Rat's pub is fairly quiet given the day, perhaps it is the number of people already drunk or the fact that the tournament has drawn folks off to watch a good fight. Either way, Eglantine Chevalier makes her way into the pub, hair drawn away from her face, rifle thrown over her shoulder. "Rat. Is Adeline around, I would like to speak with her on the subject of Krigler."

Adeline turns the corner on the upper level in time to catch the question. Her brows draw low over her eyes as she rests her forearms against the railing, leaning over and lacing her fingers in the open air. She watches the woman in silence for a long moment and her eyes flicker to the rifle before settling coldly on Eglantine’s face. Lips purse as she clears her throat.

“Whatever you have to tell me, you may tell me in private.” She glances at the flight of stairs between them and a smirk tugs at the corner of her lips. Brown eyes gleam smugly back at the other woman.
