While I ponder your own asks, gotta ask one of the classics for Gabriel. If he could have a superpower, what would it be? And followup even though I have a feeling I already know, when asked these types of questions does he think through for a personal answer? Or for a 'right' answer?
Fantastic questions! For the first one, he'd always say something akin to super strength or the ability to create shields. He's a protector, not a fighter, and he'd want to be strong enough to deflect anything that might hurt the people he cares about. As for the second part... That's tough. There are answers he gives out of trying to put on an energetic and brave persona, but they aren't lies. He just might disguise the real reasons for his answers. Ultimately, though, Gabriel wants to protect people from his own power. Superpowers would be awesome, and he'd love some, but if he fails, despite having superpowers, then failure becomes even more devastating. And success becomes somewhat expected, and hard to celebrate. How can you celebrate your accomplishments if you needed superpowers to get there? He's very harsh on himself.
