It depends!

If there is a mistake, we might be able to eat it, and every day, to test our ovens we put a small pizza in (called a ‘test pie’ creatively enough). We can usually eat the morning test pizza.

Other than that, I usually have to pay for my food, but we do get a decent employee discount.
