Indulge in a gluten-free pizza that's as delicious as traditional pizza but safe for those with gluten sensitivities. This homemade gluten-free pizza is loaded with flavor and customizable with your favorite toppings.
Ingredients: 1 gluten-free pizza crust. 1/2 cup gluten-free pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or dairy-free alternative. 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers. 1/2 cup sliced onions. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni gluten-free. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for brushing.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. On a pizza stone or baking sheet, put the gluten-free pizza crust. Use olive oil to brush on the crust to keep it from getting soggy. Cover the crust with the gluten-free pizza sauce, leaving a small edge for the crust. Put half of the mozzarella cheese shreds on top of the sauce. On top of the cheese, put the sliced onions, bell peppers, black olives, and pepperoni. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top of the toppings. Salt, pepper, and dried oregano should all be put on top of the pizza. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before cutting it. Enjoy your tasty gluten-free pizza while it's still hot!
