WHO THE FUCK MADE YAN'S RIORDAN WIKI PAGE AND ASSUMED THAT YAN IS A BOY?
Yan is a girl's name and I assure you that as a HKer and a first language Cantonese speaker, I have never heard of a boy called Yan in my life, other than maybe one (1) and that wasn't his full name anyway, just part of his Chinese given name and not all of it.
Also, their gender was never stated in canon anyway, so as the resident Hongkonger of the fandom, I make the rules for my Bauhinian children around here.
And they locked Yan's Wiki page so no one but admins can edit. BRUH. I can't even comment. Now the fandom is going to make false assumptions based on non-canon material. And I am going to flip my shit. I'm not saying that there can't be interpretations of boy!Yan, but when their gender is not stated in canon, you cannot make baseless assumptions on the official fandom wiki of all pages.
