"Oh Porky~!" Gigyas Ness spoke as he had finally found the right timeline and the pigmasks who had gotten in his way well, they were dead. He grins as he soon kicked the door open "PORKY DARLIN~!" He yelled happily as Gigyas Ness had alot of grudge toward the other but he was so happy to be out of his dimension! Just to stretch his legs in this one. Porky was just a added bonus! "I need to talk to you~!"
Alarms were blaring in the Empire Porky Building, each droning sound drilling into Porky’s skull. How annoying. Porky had already received the news of an intruder somewhere in the building. Some sort of PSI user, they had said. The Pigmasks who reported it were so worried about it, like it was some kind of big deal. Porky had dealt with plenty of PSI users in his day. No matter how strong, he could handle it.
It’s not like he’d die, anyhow.
Porky pulled up a monitor on his mecha, switching through each floor’s camera to find the intruder, whoever they were. Damn these one hundred floors. This was why he had Pigmasks to do these things for him, but none of them were responding. Some were dead, certainly, but there had to be someone left to keep him updated.
Oh, whatever. They’d probably have screwed it up anyways. If Porky wanted anything done, then he’d do it himself. He exhaled heavily, flipping through the cameras as fast as possible. Where was this supposed intruder?
Porky jumped at the sound of someone calling out in the hallway. The sing-songy tone was… disturbing. Usually rebels were so serious. But perhaps what really bothered Porky was just how familiar the voice seemed to be. Where had he heard that voice before…?
The doors of his room flew open, the voice of the intruder echoing throughout. “Darling”? Who did they think they were?
Porky turned his bed mecha around to face the intruder– no, it wasn’t an intruder. It was his friend.
“Ness…” Porky mumbled underneath his breath.
There was no way Ness could have followed him here… was there? Unless Ness had somehow used the Phase Distorter and found him here, out of the innumerable timelines Porky could have been in. Maybe it was those damn psychic powers of his. Even so, something was wrong. Porky could sense it. Ness was never like this. There was something that was off about his friend’s appearance, though he couldn’t put his finger on what.
Porky inhaled sharply, sending himself into a coughing fit. He gasped for air as he tried to bring his hand up to his chest unsuccessfully. His bed mecha drew back, close to the window that overlooked the city. He didn’t know what Ness wanted yet, and he wasn’t taking any chances. Ness was powerful, there was no doubting that. Porky would be ready if he wanted a fight. He almost welcomed it.
Admittedly, there was a kind of joy that Porky felt laying his eyes upon his old friend for the first time in… well… a few thousand years, probably. At the same time, he could feel a sinking sensation in his stomach. He needed to be on guard. This seemed to be a trick of some kind. Porky was too smart for anything like that. He would take care of this once he found out what was happening.
Porky cleared his throat. “Ness. That’s a face I thought I would never see again. You must have come a long way… and why? I’ve already beat you once. It must have been driving you insane. People like you obsess over such tiny details… Another time won’t make a difference, you know. Ahahaha.”
